Depending on the position you are interested in and the introductory meeting, we may ask you to do a short test. Usually, a second interview follows, with a substantive approach. If you and Idella feel positive about each other, you will receive an offer. In that case, we want you to get started at Idella as quickly as possible, because Idella does not like wasting time.
In order to get you started quickly, you will receive a personal training programme and Idella will appoint a coach for you. This way, you will quickly get to know your team and you will receive a lot of information about Idella in a short time.
Part of the induction programme is an introduction to all your colleagues. By taking up your seat behind the screen and actively participating in the activities we do together, you will really get to know the organisation.
